“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ...and this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ.

What is a D-Group?
Discipleship groups are designed to help lead a student in a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. A trained adult (youth worker) will pour their time and love into a student once a week, doing a Bible Study or lessons from a book (approved by Shane).
How long should the group meet?
The group should meet for least 1 hr, once a week.
Who can be a D-Group leader?
Anyone who has that desire! The desire to lead students, but the leader must be screened by the Student Pastor. As a Church, we take great pride in knowing that God trusts us with these souls, so we must take great consideration to who will lead these students.
How many can be in a group and how will it begin?
I insist that the group consists of 2 to 3 students (Ecclesiastes 4:12). The groups will be gender based and no more than 2 years apart from one another.
When will D-Groups begin?
Any time.
