NextGen consists of Middle School and High School students in the Augusta/Evans area. Our
purpose is to connect fellow students to a risen Savior and to the local church. We at Greenbrier
Church's Next Gen Ministries is about:
Shane Padgett has been working in student ministry over 10 years. He is the Student and
Community Outreach Pastor at Greenbrier. Shane and his bride, Diana, enjoy sitting on the
couch together and spending time with their dog Peja (named after one of Shane’s favorite
basketball players). Shane loves sports and enjoys cheering on the Florida Gators! Shane is a
USA Today paper fanatic and he loves to tell stories of growing up. He is the founder of
NR Ministries. And...the Padegtts are proud parents of their first child, Daisy Marie Padgett.
